Welcome to Al-Aqsa Private Schools . This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between the school , students , and parents . By enrolling in our schools , you agree to abide by these terms and conditions .

These terms and conditions aim to ensure a safe , organized , and effective learning environment for all students , and to clarify the rights and obligations of all concerned parties . Please read these terms and conditions carefully and adhere to them .

Admission and Registration

Admission of students to Al-Aqsa Private Schools is subject to the following conditions and requirements :

• The student must meet the required age for the academic level applied for in accordance with the Ministry of Education regulations .
• Submission of all required documents including birth certificate , previous academic records , health reports , and recent photographs .
• Passing the admission tests prescribed for the academic level the student is applying for .
• Parent's signature on the registration form and acknowledgment of agreement to the terms and conditions .
• Payment of the prescribed registration fees .

The school administration reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application without giving reasons , and also reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any student if the information provided is found to be incorrect or misleading .

Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are determined annually and announced before the beginning of the academic year . Tuition fees include basic educational services , and there may be additional fees for extra activities and services .

Payment Methods

• One payment before the beginning of the academic year (with a 5% discount) .
• Two equal payments : the first before the beginning of the first semester , and the second before the beginning of the second semester .
• Three equal payments : the first before the beginning of the academic year , the second in the middle of the first semester , and the third before the beginning of the second semester .

Refund Policy

The tuition fee refund process is subject to the following conditions :

• In case of student withdrawal before the beginning of the academic year , 90% of the paid fees will be refunded .
• In case of student withdrawal during the first two weeks of the academic year , 50% of the paid fees will be refunded .
• No fees will be refunded in case of student withdrawal after two weeks from the beginning of the academic year .

Code of Conduct

Al-Aqsa Private Schools is committed to providing a safe and stimulating educational environment for all students . All students and parents are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct :

Student Code of Conduct

• Respect all members of the school community including teachers , administrators , and peers .
• Adhere to the specified school uniform and appropriate appearance .
• Maintain school property and educational facilities .
• Do not bring any unauthorized materials or tools to school .
• Commit to regular attendance and active participation in educational activities .

Parent Code of Conduct

• Cooperate with school administration and teachers to support the educational process .
• Regularly monitor the student's academic and behavioral performance .
• Attend parent meetings and important school events .
• Inform the school of any changes in contact information or personal circumstances that may affect the student .

Attendance and Absence

Regular attendance is essential for the student's academic success . The school applies a strict attendance and absence policy :

• The school must be notified in case of student absence before the beginning of the school day .
• A medical certificate must be provided in case of absence for health reasons for more than two days .
• Frequent absence without an acceptable excuse may affect the student's assessment and final results .
• If the absence rate exceeds 15% of the total school days , the student may be denied entry to the final examinations in accordance with the Ministry of Education regulations .

Parents are responsible for ensuring their children's regular attendance and communicating with the school in case of necessary absence .

School Uniform

All students must wear the specified school uniform during school hours and official events :

• The school uniform must be clean and tidy at all times .
• Wearing unauthorized jewelry and accessories is prohibited .
• The designated sports uniform must be worn only during physical education classes .

Health and Safety

The school pays great attention to the health and safety of students :

• The student's complete health record must be submitted upon registration , including vaccinations and special health conditions .
• Students with contagious diseases are not allowed to attend school until they are fully recovered .
• In case of student injury or illness during the school day , the parent will be notified immediately .
• The school must be informed of any special health conditions or allergies that may affect the student .

Communication

The school adopts multiple communication channels with parents :

• Electronic Learning Management System (LMS) to monitor student performance and school assignments .
• The school's smart application for important notifications and alerts .
• Regular parent-teacher meetings .
• Email and text messages for direct communication .

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

The school administration reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions whenever necessary . Parents will be informed of any substantial modifications before they are applied .

The continued enrollment of the student after the announcement of any modifications is considered an implicit approval of these modifications .
